2. Ordering & Acceptance
Placing a product in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are confirmed upon payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation and a dispatch notification when the contract is formed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods listed at checkout.
4. Delivery
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
We dispatch orders Mon–Fri. Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail or tracked courier (1–3 business days). See Shipping & Delivery Policy for full info.
5. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
6. Returns
For change of mind, return items in original condition within 30 days. For damaged/faulty items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Full terms are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit your statutory rights or liability for death/injury caused by our negligence.
8. Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
